Booking Appointments
Please use the booking tab on this website to schedule your appointment and submit your deposit. The deposit will be applied to your procedure fee at the time of service.
Cancellation or Rescheduling of Appointments
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, 48 hours notice is required. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited. If more than 48 hours notice is provided, the deposit will be refunded or applied to another date.
Tardiness for Appointments
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and the tardiness cannot be accommodated due to subsequent appointments, the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required for a future appointment.
Service of Clients
I screen all clients and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
